Water restrictions
BOULDER
Restrictions: Boulder properties will be allowed to water outside twice a week for 15 minutes in each area, and only between hours listed.
Goal: Cut water use by 25 percent.
Watering zones:
Thursday and Sunday Addresses with the last two digits between 00 and 30 between 12:01 a.m. and 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. and midnight.
Wednesday and Saturday Addresses with the last two digits between 31 to 60 between 12:01 a.m. and 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. and midnight.
Tuesday and Friday Addresses with the last two digits between 61 to 99 between 12:01 a.m. and 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. and midnight.
Tuesday and Friday Homeowner association sprinkler systems and other common-property irrigation systems without specific addresses between 12:01 a.m. and 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. and midnight.
Violators: $50 for first offense, $100 for second offense and $300 for a third offense.

BROOMFIELD
Proposed restrictions The city council on June 5 will consider asking residents to voluntarily cutback water use by 10 percent.
ERIE
Restrictions: Erie asks residents to water only every three days during June, July and August. Its watering schedule is at http://www.ci.erie.co.us/PW/2002watersched.htm.
LAFAYETTE
Restrictions: Mandatory summertime restrictions on household and business use. Residents are assigned a single day each week to water lawns and only between 5 to 7 a.m. and 8 to 10 p.m., with no more than half an inch of water.
Goal: Cut water use by 75 percent.

Fridays Addresses ending in odd numbers northwest of Baseline Road and U.S. 287
Sundays Addresses ending in even numbers northwest of Baseline Road and U.S. 287
Fridays Addresses ending in odd numbers northeast of Baseline Road and U.S. 287
Saturdays Addresses ending in even numbers northeast of Baseline Road and U.S. 287
Wednesdays Addresses ending in odd numbers southeast of Baseline Road and U.S. 287
Thursdays Addresses ending in even numbers southeast of Baseline Road and U.S. 287
Mondays Addresses ending in odd numbers southwest of Baseline Road and U.S. 287
Tuesdays Addresses ending in even numbers southwest of Baseline Road and U.S. 287
Saturdays Addresses outside city limits
Rate increases: The price of water will increase for most customers. Costs will triple for those on the highest end, while those with medium to heavy usage will see their prices double.
Violators: Face municipal ordinance citation and fines of $250 for first offense and $500 for a second offense. Also the city may install flow restrictions on pipes leading into households or businesses of repeat offenders.

LEFT HAND Restrictions
Mandatory water restrictions limiting watering to every three days between 6 p.m. and 10 a.m.
Watering zones:
Tuesdays and Saturdays Addresses where the last digit is an even number
Wednesdays and Sundays Addresses where the last digit is an odd number
Watering with irigation ditch rights or well
People using an irrigation ditch or well water must make a sign reading "Ditch Water" or "We;; Water" and post it where it is visible from the street.
Goal: Reducing water usage by 20 percent.
Violators: First violation, warning letter; second violation, $50 fine; additonal violations, $100 fine

LONGMONT Restrictions: Residents asked to voluntarily reduce water use by 10 percent.
LOUISVILLE
Restrictions: Mandatory summertime watering restrictions limit lawn and garden watering to twice a week, on days designated by neighborhood, and for no longer than 10 minutes in each area.
Goal: Cut water use by 50 percent.
Watering zones:
Mondays and Thursdays Residents east of McCaslin Boulevard and north of Via Appia and South Boulder Road
Tuesdays and Saturdays Residents south of South Boulder Road, south or east of Via Appia and north of Cherry Street or Bella Vista Drive
Wednesdays and Sundays Residents west of McCaslin Boulevard and south of Cherry Street or Bella Vista Drive
Violators: Face municipal ordinance citation and fines
