Man arrested after complaints of touching
A man was arrested last week after allegedly pinching a woman's buttocks and using a mirror to look up another woman's dress at the King Soopers in the 12100 block of Sheridan Boulevard.
Jessie Donald Lopez, 35, of Evans is accused of standing near a woman who was shopping with her infant and pinching her buttocks May 23, according to police reports. The woman reported the incident to store security officers, but Lopez left the store before police arrived.
A security officer saw Lopez return to the store a few hours later and saw him take a mirror from the cosmetic aisle and attempt to look under another woman's dress as she was shopping, police said.
A security officer detained the suspect. He was arrested on suspicion of unlawful sexual contact.
