BOULDER
Heatherwood Elementary readies for Monday run
Heatherwood Elementary school children, their parents and teachers and alumni are invited to run or walk a 1-mile course around the school at 9 a.m. Monday.
The annual race will be led by Olympic Torch bearer Al Bourgeois. The children have trained for the last several months to prepare for the run.

End of year picnic at Pioneer Elementary
The community is invited to join Pioneer Elementary students, staff and families for their end-of-the-year picnic from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Centaurus planning community meeting
The facilities committee has gathered information for a presentation to the community.
The committee will share the information from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Centaurus Student Center, 10300 South Boulder Road.
The goal is to help people understand how the district has changed and the implications for school building use. The committee plans to present options to the school board based on the information.

CHS says goodbye to principal Gastellum
Students and staff will have the opportunity to say goodbye to outgoing principal Richard Gastellum.
The event runs from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday at the Centaurus High Student Center, 10300 South Boulder Road.
